Register today for the CELL’s Scouts BSA Emergency Preparedness Merit Badge Clinic. In this clinic, Scouts will learn the five aspects of emergency preparedness while increasing their awareness of man-made and natural disasters. The $1.50/person cost of each day of training has been generously underwritten by our sponsors.
